Website information
The site provides general information about cabinet refinishing, refacing, service areas, project planning, pricing factors, warranties, and examples of prior work. Conditions vary by cabinet material, existing coating, damage, design, access, location, and selected scope. Website information is not a final assessment of a specific kitchen.
Quotes and project agreements
A photo review, calculator result, cost range, telephone discussion, or website message is preliminary unless P2D provides a written quote that identifies the project and scope. The accepted written quote or signed project agreement controls the final work, price, materials, schedule, payment timing, warranty coverage, exclusions, and change process. If website copy conflicts with the project documents, the project documents govern.
No-deposit and satisfaction statement
The website statement “No deposit. Pay only when you're happy” describes P2D's current customer assurance for qualifying projects. The written quote must confirm whether it applies and define payment timing, completion, customer review, additional work, and any project-specific conditions. It does not replace the written agreement or permit withholding payment for work completed in accordance with that agreement.
Warranties
Website warranty descriptions are summaries. Warranty eligibility, duration, care requirements, exclusions, remedies, and claim procedures are defined by the written documentation supplied for the individual project. Normal wear, misuse, impact, moisture, heat, harsh cleaning products, movement, and work performed by others may affect coverage where stated in those documents.
Photos, reviews, and examples
Project photographs illustrate prior work and are not a promise that every cabinet will produce an identical result. Ratings and review totals can change and should be confirmed on the linked third-party profile. Customer reviews remain subject to the policies of the platform on which they appear.
Third-party services and links
Links to Google, HomeStars, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other websites are provided for convenience. P2D does not control their availability, content, policies, or representations.
Website availability and responsibility
We work to keep the website accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item will always be current. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, the website's original text, design, branding, and project media are owned by or used with permission by P2D Refinishing. They may not be republished commercially without permission.
